About a year ago this week, our world was rocked with a cancer diagnosis. We fought through that with multiple surgeries, and ultimately arrived at a clean bill of health. But then one job was lost, another found, that one left, and yet another found.
Now, nearly a year later, we find ourselves kind of where we started - healthy, happy, and fulfilled. Our hair is more grey, and we're more wise, but we're really back.
All of this was the function of a lot of prayers that ultimately got answered. For that, and for the chance to be back here, we are supremely thankful.
We also know how fleeting all of it can be, and we hope to never take it for granted.
